Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Consultant join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals with behavioral health challenges and provide clinical leadership of SCORE client caseload in the Hermitage School District. Work 1 on 1 with clients, educators, families, and ancillary supports. Develops all aspects of the child’s treatment planning.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field of study required.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist or LPC/LSW, preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and data collection methods is essential.
- Experience in special education settings is advantageous but not required.
- A background in behavioral health or related fields will be beneficial for success in this role.
