Duties

• Conduct thorough financial analysis including variance analysis of reporting, profit & loss assessments, and financial statement interpretation to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial projection models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Perform cost accounting activities, including pricing analysis and cost management strategies, to enhance profitability.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Analyze account data through technical accounting procedures, account analysis, and organizational skills to ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business intelligence projects, utilizing financial software tools to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.

Skills

• Hospital experience is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as financial statement preparation, interpretation, and analysis.
• Expertise in financial model development, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles including investment evaluation, pricing strategies, and sales analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in variance analysis of reporting, budgeting, and cost management techniques.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and financial software platforms for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills coupled with strong communication abilities for clear report writing and presentation.
